Jesus did not trust Himself to man, because He knew what was in a man.
Have you ever cried because of the Will of God? Has His choices in your life caused you grief and tested your faith? What if you don't like the Will of God?

There's another aspect of God using our motives to move us to be in line with His Will—being a child. Once Jesus is our Lord, He is actually Lord.
