Things are going to continually attempt to grab our attention. Even people with the best intentions can bring distractions from the Will of God.

Once we set aside a day for rest, now that same rest has overtaken us. We're called to live in the continual day of rest, a sabbath for all.

All of my work is to be done out of a place of rest (from the Life of Christ) or it's a violation of the Sabbath Rest.

God doesn’t put a premium on painless living. If this is one of my highest values, then I will be in direct opposition to Him.
