I’ve never seen the dangers of privilege without purpose so starkly represented as in the lives of these two royal sisters, Elizabeth and Margaret.

Imagine the freedom we could live in if we never took on false responsibilities. If we let God be God in the lives of those we live with and encounter.

I have always perceived honesty as a virtue rather than a responsibility, but I’m not just lacking in character when I lie. I’m also being irresponsible.

Do I want to take full responsibility for that which I am responsible? Or would I prefer to sleep through my responsibilities and have them magically done for me? Poof!

The reality is that our taking personal responsibility is both liberating and empowering. Taking responsibility for our life gives us the power and removes the victim label from our souls.
